Description:
Coordinate and schedule engineers and parts to site in accordance with predetermined engineer capabilities and parts list, maintaining meticulous control of logistics, ensuring engineers have clear instructions and parts to carry out work, and that parts are in place at the right time.
- Obtain permits and supply Risk Assessment Method Statements (RAMS) where necessary to ensure engineers smooth access to sites.
- Log sales enquiries in CRM, build quotations from survey information provided and submit to clients.
- Follow-up progress of submitted quotations.
- Keep drawings/plans on file up to date and supply to engineers as needed.
- Ensure all documents are collated at end of works in compliance with industry requirements and relevant ones sent to customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional customer service and after sales support. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for up selling or cross-selling.
Skills and Experience:
Car driver / own transport - due to location - full on site parking
- Background in Sales Support/ Project Management / coordinating and scheduling
- Strong organisational, time management and prioritising skills.
- Ability to work as part as a team but also independently.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and perform well under pressure.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to multi-task work and a good knowledge of UK for time planning of staff out on site.
Salary: £38,000.00-£40,000.00 per year car driver required due to beautiful but rural location - Free on site parking
