Project Quantity Surveyor - Halifax/West Yorkshire

We are working with a National Construction contractor who are looking for a Project Quantity Surveyor to work on various housing maintenance and construction projects across the Yorkshire region. Ongoing temporary contract.

-Cost Planning
-Overseeing maintenance programmes within housing projects
-Working alongside Senior Quantity Surveyor and Commercial Manager to provide accurate costings for each project
-Managing Sub contractor packages
- Working with client/estimators/design and project teams
-Previous experience of working in critical environments an advantage
-Degree qualified Quantity Surveyor
-Driving Licence
