We have an immediately-available role for a main contractor’s Project Surveyor with a leading £200mill t/o firm which has recently moved into well-appointed new offices in Finsbury Square.

The business is thriving, growing ten fold in the past 10 years, successfully delivering new build major projects in the residential-led regeneration sector with mid / high rise for repeat clients including Clarion, Greystar and HUB.

Planned, further expansion, has driven the need to expand the commercial department and a further Quantity Surveyor is now sought.

The Opportunity

* Great onward prospects with a commercially healthy contractor whose margins have risen to just short of 8%.

Candidate Essentials

* Degree, HND or NVQ equivalent

* Previous experience in a similar role as a QS on £30m+ projects in Greater London.

With interviews available from w/c Monday 15th of June, onward prospects are excellent, and starting salary is between £60k to £90k + package
