PROJECTS: Sub £50,000-£20 million .

Type of Contract- Full Time

About Our Client:

Our client is a Reputable Main Company to work for with a turnover of £150 million are seeking for an QS to join their growing Property Services team. Based in Slough this client is growing from strength to strength and is seeking a candidate who has worked on

The Role:

Taking full financial account of projects from start to finish.

Tendering

Negotiate tenders

Putting Tender Documents together

Liaise with sub-contractors from day one through to final accounts

Build relationships.

First Principal tendering

Working on Social Housing Frameworks

Tendering Pricing

The ideal candidate must have:

· Experience working as an QS for a Social Housing Main Contractor

· Must have a minimum of 5-10 years experience

· Degree qualified in a relevant field such as Commercial Management

· Exceptional commercial acumen.

It is desirable to have:

Worked on Social housing frameworks, property services and must have a Quantity Surveying qualification.
