Description:
A small, ambitious London construction consultancy is looking to appoint a Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding team. The successful Quantity Surveyor will work across Residential and Commercial projects for a strong client base, gaining exposure to high-quality schemes throughout the capital.
The Quantity Surveyor's Role
The Quantity Surveyor will take a hands-on role across the full project lifecycle, from early cost planning and procurement through to valuations, change control and final account.
Because of the size of the consultancy, the Quantity Surveyor will work closely with senior decision-makers and clients, rather than being one of many within a large team. The Quantity Surveyor will have real visibility across projects, helping shape commercial decisions and maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants and contractors.
This is particularly well suited to an ambitious Quantity Surveyor who wants to grow with a business rather than simply move into another delivery role. The Quantity Surveyor will have the opportunity to take on more responsibility, support new client relationships and play a meaningful part in the consultancy's continued development.
