Project Planner / Senior Planner

Location: UK - various - Hybrid

Key Responsibilities

Develop, maintain and update integrated project schedules using Primavera P6

Produce realistic, logic-driven programmes covering the full project lifecycle.

Undertake critical-path analysis and identify schedule risks.

Monitor progress against the approved baseline.

Produce short-term look-ahead schedules and programme reports.

Work closely with project managers, engineering teams, commercial teams and delivery partners.

Challenge progress information and identify potential delays.

Support recovery planning and schedule improvement initiatives.

Ensure planning processes are consistently applied across the programme.

Communicate schedule information clearly to project and senior management teams.

Candidate Profile

Strong demonstrable planning experience on complex projects.

Experience using Primavera P6.

Able to build, interrogate and maintain detailed project schedules.

Good understanding of critical-path methodology and schedule logic.

Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and delivery partners.

Water, utilities or nuclear experience is advantageous but not essential.

Candidates from Utilities, rail, power, renewables, oil and gas, infrastructure or similar sectors will be considered
