Morson are currently recruiting for a Project Planner to join a civil engineering contractor to service their clients across highways and infrastructure projects and frameworks across North Wales. The role is hybrid working and you can be based in Porthmadog site but may include travel to other sites.

Skills and experience:
• Graduate degree in Civil Engineering or a related field Chartered Civil Engineer status is highly advantageous.
• Extensive experience with various civil engineering projects and disciplines
• Familiarity with NEC contracts
• Broad knowledge of civil engineering principles
• Proven experience with planning software packages proficiency in P6, ASTA Powerproject, and Microsoft Project is a plus.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

Role Responsibilities:
• Overseeing the management of controlled project documentation
• Developing and supporting the execution of a construction schedule
• Collaborating with the estimator and team members to define methods and establish outputs.
• Creating a resourced schedule and reviewing outcomes for alignment with expectations and requirements
• Compiling forecast schedules
• Assisting in identifying changes and assessing their time impacts
• Preparing, maintaining, and communicating the contractual schedule to meet requirements.
