£17 per hour (umbrella)
Full Time Contract ( 6 months long)
Novax Recruitment is actively seeking a Project Officer in Bromley. This is a contract with a scope for extension working full time hours.
The job:
Support the development of projects and initiatives on behalf of the Public Protection Team, including research, planning, coordinating and administration of meetings.
Coordinating updates from internal and external stakeholders for key projects and boards, including PDS.
Supporting the SLT to maintain management processes, including the Assurance Log and new Call Over process.
Undertaking administrative duties on behalf of the AD Public Protection, including email and diary management
The candidate:
Demonstrable experience in project administration in the public sector is essential
Demonstrable experience of financial monitoring and control.
Demonstrable experience in drafting report documentation.
Experience in an administrative capacity within Public Protection, or similar, is ideal
