You will have real ownership of the programme, working closely with the Group Managing Director and Senior Management Team, as well as Operations, HR, Health & Safety, Quality, Training and Compliance.

What will you be doing?

*

Taking ownership of the overall project plan through to the January 2027 audit.

Coordinating managers and functional leads to ensure actions are delivered.

*

Chairing project meetings and keeping everyone focused on key deadlines.

Tracking progress, risks and outstanding actions.

Providing clear updates to senior management.

*

Working across the business to ensure policies and procedures are understood and embedded.

*

Planning and delivering a mock audit ahead of the formal assessment.

Preparing managers and employees who may be interviewed during the audit.

Supporting the business throughout the formal audit.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who is organised, proactive and confident enough to take control of a complex programme.

You may come from a Project Management, Audit, Compliance, Quality, Accreditation or Business Improvement background, but most importantly you will be able to demonstrate that you can:

*

Manage projects with challenging deadlines.

*

Coordinate multiple stakeholders and departments.

*

Build strong relationships at all levels.

*

Challenge and hold people accountable when required.

*

Identify risks and resolve issues before they become problems.

Produce clear project plans, reports and action trackers.
