£50,000 - £55,00 + Progression + 10% Bonus + Car or £5.5K Allowance + 33 Days Holiday + Private Medical + Flexitime

Are you a Project Manager or similar with a background in retrofits or refurbishment of residential properties, looking to join a long-standing and prestigious company, offering ample autonomy, where you will oversee multi-million-pound projects from start to finish?

In this role you will be responsible for leading retrofit and refurbishment projects for residential and social housing around the Leeds area. You will manage timescales and budgets of projects, day to day management of Site Managers and Supervisors, conduct property reviews and surveys, monitor the supply chain and ensure properties are completed to specification requirements.

This role would suit a Project Manager or similar looking for an autonomous role, where they will take a lead position for the delivery of massive retrofit and refurbishment projects with further progression to Contract Management.
The Role:
Responsible for large retrofit and refurbishment residential projects across the Leeds area
Autonomously manage timescales, budgets and day to day work of Site Managers
Conduct property reviews and surveys and monitor supply chains
Ensure properties are completed to specification requirements
