About the role
The vision for the Resident Experience programme is that all residents have consistently good experiences of interacting with the council regardless of how they contact us. The programme will realise this ambition by delivering digital, cultural, design and workforce change.
The Project Manager role is a key position within the Resident Experience programme and is required to support outcomes and priorities within the Resident Experience programme through proactive project management. The post holder will be required to define, design and deliver projects across the wider programme that are needs-led, evidenced based and of best value to deliver positive outcome for residents in Haringey. The post holder will contribute to the broader outcomes as set in the Council’s Corporate Plan.
