The Opportunity
We are seeking a Project Manager to support the delivery of regulatory change initiatives within a complex, fast-paced environment. This role will sit within a broader change function and focus on projects related to regulatory reporting, operational readiness, and cross-functional delivery.
You will play a key role in coordinating activity across multiple teams, helping to ensure the successful delivery of change initiatives impacting business, operations, and technology functions.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver end-to-end project management across regulatory change initiatives
Coordinate activity across technology, operations, and reporting teams
Support the development and implementation of new or enhanced regulatory reports
Drive operational readiness for change delivery
Track and manage risks, milestones, and status reporting using established project tools
Ensure strong stakeholder engagement across business areas including global markets and/or payments
Maintain governance standards and provide regular updates to senior stakeholders
What We're Looking For
Proven experience delivering project management in a change environment
Experience working on regulatory, reporting, or operational change initiatives
Ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders across business, operations, and technology
Strong organisational skills with experience tracking risks, milestones, and delivery progress
Comfortable working in structured governance environments and project frameworks
Experience within financial services or similarly regulated environments is beneficial
