Description:
A PM with a town planning background. Dealing with schemes that are at / approaching the 'planning application' stage of the project lifecycle.
The day rate will be £450 per day ltd
Inside IR35
6 Months + Rolling Contract
Extensive experience of successfully assembling and submitting planning applications for highway infrastructure (i.e. relief roads with active travel included) schemes? In addition, a demonstrable track record of successfully dealing with the discharge of planning conditions for complex highway schemes and Reg 25 matters (also associated with complex highway schemes) is also sought.
MRTPI qualified would be good - Not essential though
Home Working Role
