Project Manager - Piling

Piling Recruitment Group are currently recruiting for an experienced Piling Project Manager to join a major infrastructure project in the Inverness / Scottish Highlands area.

The position is expected to start mid-October and run for approximately 6 months.

This is an interesting and technically challenging piling package forming part of a major marine infrastructure scheme. The works will involve heavy piling and specialist drilling techniques through challenging ground conditions and into rock.

We are keen to speak with Project Managers who have a strong piling background, ideally including experience in some of the following:

* Large diameter / heavy piling

* Rotary or specialist drilling

* Down-the-Hole (DTH) drilling

* Piling and drilling into rock

* Steel tubular / cased piling

* Marine, port or quay infrastructure

* Management of piling plant and site teams

* Programme, HSEQ and overall project delivery

Previous marine piling experience would be advantageous, although this is not essential for candidates with strong experience managing technically challenging piling or specialist drilling projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the piling package through delivery, coordinating site teams and plant, maintaining programme and quality requirements and ensuring works are completed safely and efficiently.

This is a great opportunity to work on a substantial and technically interesting piling project with a good duration of work.
