Project Manager - Noise & Vibration

Overview

An opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join a growing team. This position entails managing projects from the initial enquiry phase through to installation, ensuring seamless coordination among various stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess a robust understanding of noise and vibration applications and have a proven track record of managing relationships with manufacturers, installation teams, design offices, drawing teams, and main contractors.

Responsibilities

Oversee the end-to-end management of projects, from enquiry to installation, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
Facilitate effective communication with manufacturers, installation teams, drawing offices, and design teams to meet project specifications.
Leverage expertise in noise and vibration applications to deliver tailored solutions.
Foster and maintain strong relationships with main contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
Track project progress, identify potential risks, and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
Ensure full compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards during all project phases.

Qualifications

Demonstrated experience in project management, particularly within the noise and vibration sector, is highly desirable.
Comprehensive understanding of noise and vibration applications and their practical usage.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent attention to detail.
Familiarity with industry standards and regulations is essential.
A degree or equivalent qualification in a related field is advantageous.

Day-to-Day

Manage the planning, execution, and successful completion of projects.
Coordinate with internal teams and external contractors to meet project milestones.
Conduct regular project reviews and provide updates to all key stakeholders.
Address and resolve any project-related issues or challenges as they arise.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation.
Consistently deliver high-quality results that align with client expectations.
