M&E Site Manager / Project Manager required for 8th July start date.
Project location - North Manchester
Day Rate with the opportunity to go perm
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Mechanical & Electrical professional, to join a leading building services management and installation company.
My client is seeking a dynamic candidate based in North Manchester to oversee two educational projects.
The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of both Mechanical and Electrical.
Start date 8th July, 5 days a week for a minimum of 6 months.
You must hold a valid licence and be a car driver.

Key Responsibilities:
Pre-Construction:
* Conduct thorough technical reviews of clients' documentation and specifications.
* Participate in client site visits and interviews, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project requirements.
* Analyze sub-contractor quotations financially and make recommendations for M&E tenders.
* Oversee procurement schedules and programs, ensuring efficient and timely processes.
* Manage the M&E design process and agree on contracts with subcontractors.
Construction:
* Chair weekly M&E meetings, ensuring effective communication and progress tracking.
* Manage M&E procurement, including commenting on subcontractor financial variations.
* Coordinate the establishment of new power, gas, water, and telecoms services to the site.
* Oversee clients' online document control systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
* Attend client progress meetings and monitor M&E progress on-site.
* Conduct M&E snagging and review subcontractor RAMS for safety compliance.
Commissioning:
* Lead the commissioning process, developing and executing commissioning programs.
* Facilitate M&E client training, ensuring smooth transition and handover.
