This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager to join a dynamic and rapidly expanding organisation within the animal health industry.

Within this role, you will play a crucial role in driving projects related to animal health and welfare. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, oversee project lifecycles, and ensure successful delivery of initiatives. If you have a genuine love for animals and a desire to make a positive impact, this opportunity is tailor-made for you!

Responsibilities

* Project manage the end-to-end learning lifecycle, ensuring the learning is delivered on time, to budget and of high quality

* Liaise with clients and internal teams to understand their learning requirements, challenging and influencing their needs and scoping learner journeys

* Cooperate with the creative teams to produce artistic eLearning content

* Regularly update stakeholders on project progress, milestones and any emerging issues

* Monitor project progress and adapt plans as needed to achieve successful project delivery

Skills

* Creative and enthusiastic with a passion for design

* Agile with the ability to deal with ambiguity from clients

* Excellent communication and organisational skills

* Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

* Fluency in French is a nice to have but not essential

Education

* A bachelor’s degree in veterinary or medical would be ideal

Experience

* Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a project manager role in the animal health industry or related fields

* Experience of liaising with external clients to understand learning needs

* Proven experience of designing engaging learning solutions

* Experience of project managing the full learning lifecycle
