Description:

About you

You know large format print properly, not just from managing a supplier list.

You understand how a project moves from the initial client brief through design, artwork, production, finishing, logistics and installation. More importantly, you know where things can go wrong and deal with them before they become a bigger problem.

You are organised, commercially aware and calm when plans change. Clients trust you because you communicate clearly, keep control of the details and do what you say you are going to do.

Your experience

You will have managed large format print, retail graphics, signage, exhibitions, experiential projects or branded environments from start to finish.

You will be comfortable working closely with clients, designers, artworkers, production teams, suppliers and installers.

Large format print experience is essential. You will also need:

• Strong project planning and organisation

• Confident client communication

• Experience managing deadlines, costs and changing priorities

• A good understanding of artwork, production and installation processes

• The ability to manage several live projects without losing control of the detail

What you’ll be doing

• Taking ownership of projects from the initial brief through to final installation

• Building clear project plans, timings and cost controls

• Coordinating design, artwork, production, logistics and installation

• Keeping clients updated and managing expectations honestly

• Spotting risks early and solving problems quickly

• Checking quality throughout the project

• Making sure the finished work matches the agreed brief

• Building strong relationships with internal teams, suppliers and installation partners

About the business

This is an established design and print business delivering retail graphics, experiential projects and branded environments.

Creative, production and installation expertise sit closely together, meaning you can see projects move from an initial idea into a finished physical space.

The business continues to invest in its production capability and is expanding the services it can offer retail and brand clients.

Next steps

This will suit someone already working in large format print, signage, retail graphics or a closely related production environment who wants proper ownership of project delivery.
