Description:
Our client works on truly exceptional, high-end domestic landscaping projects. They are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their dynamic team. Their staff are at the core of our client’s company. They believe in creating a work environment that brings out the best in their staff.
Due to the sheer number and scale of large projects being converted by the design team, our client is looking for a site-based Project Manager for a large (£1.8m) scheme in Oxshott, Surrey.
The client is on site until the end of 2024. There is opportunity to move onto another scheme once this project is completed, or to work as a standalone project if you wish.
You will need the ability to see the project through from start to completion; both soft and hard landscaping experience is required. All finishes must be achieved to the highest standards. You must have experience in a client-facing role as well as a proven ability to lead teams.
The role would involve the day-to-day coordination of site, deliveries, and logistics onto a Crown Estate property, programming and scheduling, H&S, general liaison with other contractors on site, and reporting back to the Contracts Manager.
Salary: Circa £42,000kpa+ DOE
