CONTRACT MANAGER
SALARY: UPTO £65K DOE
LOCATION: DARTFORD
HOURS: MONDAY TO FRIDAY

A fast growing FM company based on the outskirts of Dartford are looking for an experienced Project Manager.
As the Project Manager you will be responsible for a portfolio of projects of upto £1million in value.
Responsibilities
* Responsible for all HVAC projects
* Quotations for small to medium sized HVAC projects
* Create and issue H&S documentation
* Organise required labour on site
* Ensuring you have full awareness in respect of the profit and loss position of the project
* Trace and forecast all labour, project management hours and materials
* Attending site meetings
SKILLS
* A good knowledge of HTM regulations
* Ability to accurately estimate HVAC work
* Minimum of 5 years experience successfully delivering a broad of HVAC projects
* Comprehensive experience of all aspects associated to Project Management and delivery of a broad package of HVAC projects of upto £1 million
