Hybrid - Remote with UK-Wide Travel

Are you an experienced High Voltage Project Manager with current Senior Authorised Person (SAP) status looking to lead the successful delivery of complex HV infrastructure projects?

Do you want to join a growing specialist business where you'll combine technical authority with commercial project management, working on major power infrastructure projects across the UK?

This established High Voltage engineering business provides turnkey installation, maintenance and asset management services across the UK's power infrastructure sector. Following continued growth and increasing project demand, they are looking to appoint an experienced HV Project Manager (SAP) to oversee the safe, commercial and successful delivery of multiple HV construction projects.

In this role, you'll manage projects from initial planning through to completion, ensuring programmes are delivered safely, on time and within budget. You'll lead project teams, coordinate internal and external stakeholders, maintain strong client relationships, oversee commercial performance and carry out Senior Authorised Person duties including switching, issuing permits and supporting emergency response activities.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing High Voltage construction projects alongside current SAP authorisation up to 33kV. Strong commercial awareness, leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects are essential.

The Role:

Manage the safe and successful delivery of multiple HV construction projects
Lead project teams, programmes and resource planning
Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget
Maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
Manage project costs, forecasting and commercial performance
Carry out Senior Authorised Person duties up to 33kV
Support planned and emergency maintenance activities through an on-call rota
Travel to projects across the UK as required
The Person:

Previous experience as an HV Project Manager
Current Senior Authorised Person (SAP) authorisation up to 33kV
Strong commercial and financial management experience
Background delivering HV infrastructure or utility projects
Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
Full UK Driving Licence
