Supporting testing and commissioning activities as works progress
Developing a detailed understanding of the new buildings, systems and installations throughout construction
Keeping the existing FM team informed and prepared as different phases of the project develop
Eventually supporting the transition of completed project works into business as usual operationsThis is not simply a handover position. The successful Project Manager will be involved throughout the construction programme over a number of years, becoming embedded within the site team and developing their knowledge alongside the build.
