Project Manager – Groundworks & RC Frame | Immediate Start | Hertfordshire
A leading specialist contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team for an immediate start on a major Groundworks and Reinforced Concrete (RC) Frame development in Hertfordshire.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established contractor with a strong pipeline of work, offering multiple years of secured projects and genuine long-term career prospects.
The Role
* Manage the delivery of a Groundworks & RC Frame project from site through to completion.
* Lead site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality project delivery.
* Oversee programme, quality, health & safety, and commercial performance.
* Work closely with clients, engineers, and senior management to ensure project milestones are achieved.
Requirements
* Proven experience managing Groundworks and RC Frame projects.
* Strong engineering background (preferred).
* Previous experience working for a specialist Groundworks or RC Frame contractor.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
* Ability to deliver projects safely, on programme, and within budget.
* Temporary Works Coordinator (TWC) or Temporary Works Supervisor (TWS) certification would be highly advantageous.
