Description:
The implementation of the Partnership Practice Model in 2024 requires additional resources to support the Partners to develop their individual implementation plans, to co-ordinate activity and to oversee governance of the programme.
The post holder will need to be able to work effectively across a range of partners, recognising that they have different approaches to project and change management, differing time constraints and priorities.
We're looking for someone who can guide our partners on our practice model by:
Attending regular meetings with partners across the borough
Providing support and guidance to partners
Reporting back to the Trust on progress
Agree with partners on an aligned approach and agree this with partners
The candidate will need to be mindful of government arrangements already in place with our partners
Candidate who has experience working with multiple agencies, and has similar experience of project manager role.
3 days a week until end of December 2024. Hybrid role
