Job Title: Project Manager (Fit-Out)

The Role:
As a Project Manager, you will be the driving force behind the clients commercial fit-out projects. You will act as the central bridge between the creative design teams, subcontractors, and clients, ensuring every project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the clients uncompromising quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* End-to-End Delivery: Manage commercial workspace projects from initial client briefs and design development through to site construction and final Practical Completion (PC).
* Site & Supply Chain Coordination: Manage on-site teams, and closely oversee subcontractors to maintain safety and momentum.
* Financial Control: Manage project budgets, resolve financial queries, generate purchase orders with the accounts team.
* Programme Management: Build and maintain realistic project schedules, track critical milestones, and proactively resolve delays.
* Quality & Risk Management: Conduct rigorous quality control reviews and implement effective risk-mitigation strategies on site.
* Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring seamless communication between clients, external consultants, and internal teams.
The ideal candidate should have...
* Industry Experience: A proven track record working with a commercial main contractor or within a fast-paced Design & Build (D&B) environment.
* Project Expertise: Specific experience delivering high-end commercial office fit-outs and refurbishments.
* Commercial Acumen: Strong skills in budget management, contract administration, and financial reporting.
* Soft Skills: Outstanding communication, sharp problem-solving abilities, and a natural leadership style that motivates site teams.
* Tech-Savvy: Comfort utilising CRM and ERP systems (such as NAV) for project approvals and tracking is a plus
