Project Manager – Fire & Security

Surrey / Hybrid Working (Home, Office & Site-Based)
£60,000+ DOE + Bonus + Car/Travel Allowance

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join a growing Fire & Security business, delivering projects ranging from small works up to £1.5 million.

You will be responsible for managing the full project lifecycle from contract award through to handover, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage multiple Fire & Security projects up to £1.5m in value.

* Oversee project planning, procurement, installation, commissioning, and handover.

* Manage project programmes, budgets, costs, and profitability.

* Lead engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.

* Manage project risks, variations, and client expectations.

* Conduct regular project reviews and progress reporting.

* Ensure compliance with industry standards and Health & Safety requirements.

* Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Experience Required

* Proven Project Management experience within the Fire & Security industry.

* Strong knowledge of Fire Alarms, CCTV, Access Control, and Intruder Alarm systems.

* Commercially aware with experience managing project budgets and profitability.

* Excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

* Full UK driving licence.
