Our highly trained fire safety engineers assess, design, install, test, and maintain both passive and active fire protection solutions in occupied buildings nationwide. We serve a diverse range of sectors, including offices, hospitals, schools, museums, and multi-occupancy residential buildings such as social and sheltered housing, co-living apartments, and student accommodation.
Our Services:
* Passive Fire Protection: Installation, remediation, and inspections of fire doors, fire stopping (compartmentation), fire curtains, roller shutters, cavity barriers, and fire coatings.
* Active Fire Safety: Installation and maintenance of fire detection and fire suppression systems, including fire sprinklers, fire alarms, automatic opening vents, wet and dry risers, and smoke control systems.
* Fire Compliance: Risk management and condition surveys.
* Fire Safety Training: For our engineers, subcontractors, and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee and manage all on-site activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
* Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth site operations.
* Implement and enforce health and safety protocols, ensuring compliance with FIRAS and BAFE certified standards and all relevant regulations.
* Monitor progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or delays.
* Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably within the fire protection or construction industry.
* Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
* Full UK driving licence.
