Project Manager – Fire Doors

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Manager to join a specialist contractor delivering fire door installation, remediation and maintenance projects. This Project Manager role offers full ownership of projects from start to finish across London and nationwide. If you are a driven Project Manager with a can-do attitude and a strong background in fire doors, this Project Manager position offers long-term stability, varied work and genuine responsibility.

Salary and Package

£45,000 - £55,000 per annum

Location

Based near Wembley, with projects across London and throughout the UK. Most work is within London. Applicants should be based in London or the Home Counties.

This is a permanent, full-time role involving regular site visits with occasional office attendance.

About the Company

This established passive fire protection specialist delivers the installation, remediation, inspection and ongoing maintenance of fire doors across residential, commercial and public sector buildings. Their services also include fire door surveys, compliance works and planned maintenance programmes, helping customers maintain high standards of fire safety and regulatory compliance. Projects range from reactive repairs through to larger planned contracts valued between £1,000 and £500,000, typically lasting from one week to six months.

About the Role

Responsibilities include:

* Organising labour, materials and resources

* Maintaining strong customer relationships

* Ensuring health and safety compliance

* Resolving site issues efficiently

* Producing project reports and progress updates

* Managing successful project handovers
