Project Manager – Façade Remediation & Recladding | Norwich
Up to £85,000 + Generous Package
A leading nationwide façade remediation and recladding specialist is looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager for a major scheme in Norwich.
With a group turnover of circa £80m and four regional divisions, the business acts as Principal Contractor, working directly with developers and housing associations on critical façade remediation projects from design and pre-construction through to delivery and handover.
Projects involve a wide range of façade systems including rainscreen cladding, timber cladding, render, brick slips, EWI and fire barriers.
The Role
* Full project and programme management
* Managing remediation, strip and recladding works
* Labour and subcontractor management
* Client, consultant and stakeholder liaison
* Design and technical coordination
* QA, H&S and compliance
* Programme, sequencing and delivery
* Working alongside commercial and design teams
* Managing projects through to completion and handover
The Candidate
You must have a proven façade and recladding background, with experience delivering complex remediation projects as a Project Manager. Strong technical knowledge, programming ability, leadership and client-facing skills are essential.
Package: Up to £85,000 + generous package, including travel costs, holiday allowance and additional company benefits
