The role of Project Manager – Dry lining & Partitions will involve:

* Project/Contracts Manager position dealing with high quality range of drylining, interior systems and commercial interiors projects.

* Coordinating site teams, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

* Managing projects from pre-start through to completion.

* Liaising with design, production, site and installation teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

* Attending pre-contract and client meetings where required.

* Managing client queries, resolving issues and providing regular project updates.

* Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, contractors and suppliers.

The ideal applicant will be a Project Manager – Dry lining & Partitions with:

* Must have Project or Contracts Management experience within the Construction industry

* Highly advantageous to have experience with one or more of the following: building products, dry lining, ceilings, partitions, steel framing systems, flooring, painting, plasterboard or a related interiors/finishing trade products

* Good technical knowledge and good understanding of industry processes, materials and costs

* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

* Resilient individual who has strong leadership skills

* Highly organised with good attention to detail

* Ability to work in a fast paced environment
