Project Manager (Digital Transformation)

Rate: circa. £500 per day

Job Type: Temporary (12 months)

SRG are working with a leading Global Pharmaceutical Organization, supporting their search for a Project Manager for a temporary assignment. This role will span 12 months initially with an option for extension. The role is office-based, but some home-working is available within a hybrid working set-up.

In supporting the delivery of the client's strategic intent, you will collaborate with Global Customer Excellence colleagues, affiliate Brand and Medical Excellence Leads, Business Analytics and Business Technology Solution functions.

Main Responsibilities include:

Take ownership of project scope and objectives, and develop a detailed project plan
Engage and motivate cross-functional team members towards our omnichannel vision
Keep knowledge and information flowing across the matrix group and deliver progress updates
Document changes to our business processes and procedures
Identify and escalate risks and issues to key stakeholders
Support the development and delivery of our project communication plan
Skills/experience required:

Bachelor's degree
Proven project management expertise
Demonstrable experience of leading transformation projects
Working understanding of the budget management process
Experience within Life science industry would be ideal but not essential
A background in consultancy or agency settings preferably
Project management qualification would be advantageous
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Adept at working independently and as part of a team
