What will I be doing?
- As a Digital Transformation Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving forward the digital transformation initiatives within our organization.
- You will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, budgets, and resources, and ensuring successful delivery of digital transformation projects.
- This role requires a blend of technical expertise, project management skills, and strong leadership abilities to navigate the complexities of digital initiatives effectively.

What do you need form me?
- Project Planning and Execution:
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of digital transformation projects from initiation to closure.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation.
- Define project governance structure, roles, and responsibilities, and establish clear communication channels.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
- Stakeholder Management:
Engage and collaborate with key stakeholders across departments to gather requirements, align expectations, and ensure project success.
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and issues.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders to foster trust, collaboration, and support for digital transformation initiatives.
Team Leadership and Management:
Lead cross-functional project teams, including developers, designers, analysts, and other stakeholders, to achieve project objectives.
- Provide direction, guidance, and support to team members, empowering them to deliver high-quality work on time and within budget.
- Foster a positive team culture that promotes innovation, creativity, and continuous improvement.
- Budget and Resource Management:
Develop project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports, and track project expenditures to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
- Optimize resource allocation and utilization to maximize efficiency and productivity across projects.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements to optimize project delivery.
- Quality Assurance and Risk Management:
Establish quality standards, processes, and metrics to ensure the delivery of high-quality digital solutions.
- Conduct regular quality assurance reviews and audits to identify and address any deviations from project requirements or standards.
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, escalating issues as necessary to ensure timely resolution.
- Change Management and Adoption:
Develop and implement change management strategies to facilitate organizational adoption of digital transformation initiatives.
- Communicate the benefits and impacts of digital changes to stakeholders and end-users, addressing concerns and resistance to change
