An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Project Manager to join a highly regarded, multidisciplinary consultancy, within an established Project Management team in the heart of Glasgow.

The business works across a diverse range of sectors, giving Project Managers the opportunity to gain exposure to a variety of interesting and challenging projects, rather than being tied to one particular market.

The Role
As a Project Manager, you will be involved in delivering projects from inception through to completion, working closely with clients, consultants and contractors to ensure successful project delivery.

Your responsibilities will include:

Managing projects through the full project lifecycle
Working with clients to understand requirements and deliver against objectives
Managing programmes and budgets
Coordinating consultants and wider project teams
Preparing reports, progress updates and project documentation
Supporting procurement and contract administration
Building strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders
Working collaboratively with colleagues across Project Management and Quantity SurveyingThe role offers exposure to a wide variety of projects across sectors including commercial, residential, education, retail, heritage and specialist developments.

The Glasgow office has a strong team environment, with experienced Partners, Directors, Project Managers and Quantity Surveyors working closely together. They have a genuine family atmosphere, with many senior members of the team having built long term careers within the business.

About You

2+ years' Project Management experience within a consultancy
Experience working across the full project lifecycle
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
Ideally, experience with programmes, project controls and/or PMO functions
A good understanding of construction and project delivery
Strong communication and organisational skills
The confidence to deal with clients, consultants and contractors
