Description:
A respected construction consultancy in London is looking for a Project Manager with healthcare experience to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager who is confident delivering healthcare schemes and working with complex stakeholder groups.
The Project Manager will support healthcare projects from inception through to completion, working closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and senior colleagues. This Project Manager role would suit a capable Project Manager who understands live healthcare environments, can manage programmes and risks, and is confident communicating with NHS, private healthcare, and wider project stakeholders. The successful Project Manager will join a supportive consultancy with a strong pipeline of healthcare work.
You must have prior construction consultancy experience to be considered for this role.
The Project Manager's role
The Project Manager will manage healthcare construction projects across London and the surrounding regions.
The Project Manager will be responsible for programme management, consultant coordination, procurement support, risk tracking, reporting, chairing meetings, contract administration, and contractor liaison.
The Project Manager will also support projects within live operational environments, ensuring communication, phasing, access, and stakeholder requirements are carefully managed throughout delivery.
The Project Manager
The successful Project Manager will have:
Prior experience working within a construction consultancy environment
Healthcare project experience
Experience working in live healthcare environments would be beneficial
A degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying, or similar
MRICS, MAPM, MCIOB, or working towards
Good knowledge of JCT or NEC contracts
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
