Description:

A leading property and construction consultancy in Liverpool is looking for a Project Manager to join their growing project management team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager with construction consultancy experience to work across a varied portfolio of projects while developing within a highly regarded real estate environment.

The Project Manager will support the delivery of projects across commercial, residential, mixed-use, public sector, and development schemes. This Project Manager role would suit a capable Project Manager who is confident working with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams. The successful Project Manager will be organised, professional, and able to manage project responsibilities from early stages through to completion.

You must have prior construction consultancy experience to be considered for this role.

The Project Manager's role

The Project Manager will support the delivery of construction and property projects across Liverpool and the wider North West.

The Project Manager will be involved in project planning, programme management, consultant coordination, procurement support, risk tracking, reporting, chairing meetings, and liaising with contractors throughout the project lifecycle.

The Project Manager will also support contract administration and Employer's Agent duties where required, helping to manage instructions, valuations, change control, progress reporting, and handover processes.

This Project Manager position would suit someone looking for exposure to a broad client base, a strong property-led project pipeline, and clear long-term career development.

The Project Manager

The successful Project Manager will have:

Prior experience working within a construction consultancy environment
Experience as a Project Manager or a strong Assistant Project Manager ready to step up
Project experience across commercial, residential, mixed-use, public sector, or development schemes
A degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying, or a similar construction-related subject
MRICS, MAPM, MCIOB, or working towards a relevant professional qualification
Good knowledge of JCT contracts and project delivery processes
Employer's Agent experience would be beneficial
Strong communication, organisation, and client-facing skills
A proactive, professional, and commercially aware approach
