Project Manager (Construction / Consultancy)

£55,000 - £65,000 + Progression (Path to Directorship) + Training + Company Bonus + 36 Days Holiday

Are you a Project Manager or similar from a Construction and consultancy background, looking for an autonomous and varied role within a well-established yet continually growing company with a full order book providing the opportunities to work on exciting projects with opportunities to progress up to directorship?

Working across a variety of sectors within the construction industry.

This varied role will see you working on a range of construction projects, from working on commercial fit outs to Industrial and Manufacturing, Education and Healthcare. You will work closely with the Surveyor and design teams in addition to overseeing contracts and other departments on site. You will have autonomy to liaise with clients and be responsible for on time and within budget delivery whilst also being responsible for undertaking weekly site coordination meetings in this Monday-Friday days-based role.

This position would suit a Construction Project Manager, with consultancy experience looking to work to join a well-established Construction company offering an immediate start in a permanent role where you will autonomously oversee varied projects and have the opportunity to progress your career to directorship.

The Role:

Managing entire projects from concept to completion
Liaise with clients and manage / oversee projects on site
Communicate with internal departments on site related queries
Ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
Attend site and client meets
