This role offers an experienced Project Manager the opportunity to build on specialist building safety experience within a respected consultancy environment.

You must have prior construction consultancy experience to be considered for this role.

The Project Manager's role

The Project Manager will be responsible for managing remediation and construction projects through the full project lifecycle, with a particular focus on cladding, fire safety and building safety works.

Responsibilities will include developing programmes, coordinating design and technical teams, managing project risks, chairing meetings, monitoring contractor performance and reporting to clients. The Project Manager will also help ensure projects remain compliant with relevant building safety requirements while maintaining control over programme, quality and stakeholder expectations.
