£55,000 - £65,000 + Company Benefits + Progression + Training + Office Based

Are you a Project Manager or similar from a construction background looking to move into a commercially focused role within a rapidly growing specialist manufacturer offering full industry training and a varied workload?
Since the 2010s, this company has been providing structural steel solutions across a range of industrial and commercial projects, alongside project management services. Their continued success has enabled them to grow to over 50 employees and achieve a multi-million-pound turnover.
In this office-based role, you will work closely with the estimating team during the pre-construction stage, supporting BOQs and tender submissions before taking ownership of project cost control throughout delivery. You will manage construction budgets, track project expenditure, carry out cost evaluations, and liaise with project teams and suppliers to ensure projects are delivered as efficiently and cost-effectively as possible.
This role would suit a Project Manager or similar from a construction background looking to move into a commercially focused role within a growing company offering specialist training and long-term progression.
The Role
* Manage project budgets and track expenditure
* Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal project teams
* Support cost control and commercial performance across projects
* Office-based, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
