About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee a prestigious £4 million new build project in Cardiff. This exciting development includes the construction of modern apartments and a car park, utilizing a concrete frame structure. The successful candidate will lead the project from inception to completion, ensuring that it is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Project Planning and Coordination: Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets. Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
* Resource Management: Oversee the allocation of resources, including labor, materials, and equipment. Ensure that all resources are used efficiently and effectively.
* Quality Control: Implement and maintain stringent quality control measures to ensure that all work meets the specified standards and regulatory requirements.
* Safety Management: Enforce strict health and safety protocols on site, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and promoting a safe working environment.
