Description:

Our client are a subcontractor specialising in Groundwork, RC Frames, Basements, Structural Alterations and Demolition.
They have an opportunity available for an experienced Project Manager for a new project starting in Portsmouth, Hampshire.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background working within the Groundwork (Specifically Internal Drainage) and Structural alteration sectors.
Requirements
* Strong leadership and people management skills
* Excellent communication.
* Ability to read technical drawings is essential.
* Good IT skills
* Approachable manner and ability to work well with others.
Responsibilities
* Manage project from start to finish, ensuring its completed efficiently.
* Ensure compliance and regulations are upheld.
* Manage Schedules, Programmes, RFI's, etc.
* Risk assessment.
* Manage all project documentation
