Project Manager – Contract Role (Reading Area)

We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager for a contract role based in the Reading area.

The successful candidate will have proven experience managing new build projects on existing buildings, as well as refurbishment works. You will be confident working closely with the main contractor, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

* Managing multi-million-pound construction projects from start to completion.

* Daily planning and coordination of site activities.

* Delivering toolbox talks and ensuring health and safety compliance.

* Managing subcontractors and trades on site.

* Ordering materials and coordinating deliveries.

* Liaising extensively with the main contractor and other stakeholders.

* Monitoring project progress, quality, and programme.

Essential Requirements:

* Previous experience as a Project Manager on large-scale construction projects.

* Proven track record delivering multi-million-pound new build and refurbishment projects
