Excellent role on offer for an ambitious Project Manager from a Commercial Construction background who is looking to progress to become Head of the Department for an expanding, market leading company where you will be instrumental in the growth of the Commercial Division whilst having an opportunity to progress to become a Vice President.
Are you a Project Manager with experience of managing commercial construction projects looking for the next step in your career where you will progress to become Head of the Commercial Department? Do you have experience of managing projects valued anywhere from $100k to $3 million Dollars? Established for nearly 40 years this specialist commercial landscaping company is rapidly expanding due to winning a number of lucrative projects. They boast to have an excellent culture which promotes from within, with excellent retention rates due to having a fun, social and dynamic working environment where the staff are well looked after. Due to their recent growth and projected growth for this year they are looking to recruit a Project Manager that they will train up to become the Head of the Commercial Department.
Joining as a Project Manager you will undergo full leadership training directly from the CEO with a view to becoming Head of the Commercial Department. This is the company's largest, most established Division therefore you will be joining a division which is already well run, organized and successful. Once up to speed you will not only be managing interesting commercial landscaping projects, you will be managing a team of 20 staff including estimators, sales staff and crews on site. You will be given financial training as you will have full P&L responsibility as well as being responsible for safety on site. This will move into a Senior Leadership role where you will be required to mentor, coach, train staff as well as be responsible for the financial success of each project and the overall department.
This role would therefore ideally suit a Project Manager who has the ambition to progress to become the Head of the Commercial Department.
