Description:
I am currently in need of a Project Manager to manage a commercial office refurbishment / fit out project in Central London. The project is a £5 million refurbishment of an existing commercial office block with alterations and repair works plus a full fit out of level 3 & 4 which are apartments. Other works will also include a new roof terrace, basement refurb and lift shaft replacement.
The Candidate - must be capable of delivering the project reporting into a Construction Director and be able to programme, client manage, trade management, site inductions, work to tight deadlines, influence H&S on site and Q/A etc.
Site tickets required are SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid qualified.
My client are looking to pay a competitive day rate and are looking to start the suitable candidate ASAP.
