Description:
We are seeking experienced Project Managers to join our clients Regions team, overseeing a diverse portfolio of Commercial fit out projects in Cambridge and Birmingham. As part of our Regions Division, managing projects ranging from £500k to £15M in value, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional workplace environments.
Responsibilities:
Take charge of the day-to-day management of commercial fit-out projects, ensuring seamless progression from initiation to completion.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded throughout the project life cycle.
Utilise your expertise to lead and coordinate a multidisciplinary team and subcontractors, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Demonstrate proficiency in project programme management, design coordination, quality assurance, and health and safety protocols.
Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders through effective communication and adept navigation of project complexities.Qualifications:
A proven track record of successfully delivering fit-out projects, showcasing your leadership and teamwork capabilities.
Experience in liaising with clients on-site, representing their interests and maintaining open lines of communication.
Proficiency in managing diverse site teams and addressing day-to-day operational challenges.
While a trade background is desirable, it is not essential for this role.
Demonstrated ability to manage contractors, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards while controlling costs.
Proficiency in programme and progress reporting, with the ability to provide accurate updates to stakeholders.
Strong familiarity with health and safety regulations, including conducting audits and implementing risk management strategies.
Knowledge of planning software for effective project scheduling and coordination.
Experience in managing community relations and familiarity with relevant industry standards such as CCS (Considerate Constructors Scheme), though not mandatory
