Job Title: Project Manager
Duration: 6-month Contract (with potential for extension)
Location: Remote with ad-hoc travel to Kettering
Role Overview:
We are assisting our client in seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the implementation of the COINS ERP system across the business. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing ERP implementations, particularly COINS, and experience in replacing legacy systems. This project aims to create a robust platform that will enable business growth and streamline operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end implementation of the COINS ERP system.
Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and minimal disruption to business operations.
Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Conduct regular project reviews and provide updates to senior management.
Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
Oversee data migration from the current SAGE system and other legacy systems.
Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of the new system.
Required Qualifications:
Proven experience in managing COINS ERP implementations.
Strong background in replacing legacy systems, specifically SAGE.
Excellent project management skills, including planning, execution, and stakeholder management.
Strong understanding of the infrastructure industry, particularly in providing services to house builders.
Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
