Project Manager – Commercial Drylining & Ceilings
Location: London (Victoria, Oxford Street & City of London)
Rate: Up to £300 per day
Job Type: Freelance / Contract
Our client is a leading specialist contractor within the commercial interiors sector, delivering high-quality drylining, suspended ceilings and interior fit-out packages on prestigious projects across London.
Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to oversee multiple commercial projects across Victoria, Oxford Street and the City of London.
The Role:
As Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of commercial drylining and ceiling packages, ensuring projects are completed safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Managing commercial drylining, partitioning and suspended ceiling projects from inception through to completion.
*
Coordinating site teams, subcontractors and material deliveries.
*
Ensuring health and safety standards are maintained at all times.
*
Liaising with clients, main contractors and site management teams.
*
Monitoring project progress and ensuring programmes are achieved.
*
Managing quality control and resolving on-site issues.
*
Producing project reports and maintaining accurate documentation.
*
Managing multiple projects across London.
About You:
To be considered for this position, you will have:
*
Previous experience as a Project Manager within the commercial interiors sector.
*
A strong background in commercial drywall, drylining and suspended ceilings.
*
Experience delivering commercial fit-out projects.
*
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
*
Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and project reporting software.
*
The ability to manage multiple live projects simultaneously.
*
SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certifications are advantageous.
