Rate: £450 per day (Umbrella)
Contract Type: Interim, Full-Time

Project Manager - Capital Delivery – Overview
* An established social housing provider is delivering its largest-ever capital investment programme and is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the delivery of major refurbishment works across a substantial residential housing portfolio.
* This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in improving occupied homes, leading the delivery of large-scale construction and building envelope projects from mobilisation through to completion. The successful candidate will work closely with contractors, residents, consultants and internal stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest possible standard.
* Project Manager - Capital Delivery – Key ResponsibilitiesManage the delivery of large-scale capital improvement and refurbishment projects across occupied residential properties.
* Oversee contractors and project teams to ensure programmes are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.
* Monitor project progress, risks, compliance and performance throughout the delivery lifecycle.
* Act as the key point of contact for residents, contractors and internal stakeholders.
* Ensure works are delivered in accordance with contractual obligations and industry best practice.
* Collaborate with commercial and technical teams to achieve successful project outcomes.
* Maintain robust project governance, reporting and stakeholder communication.
* Ensure health and safety requirements are met across all project activities.
Project Manager - Capital Delivery – Applicant Essentials
Essential
* Proven experience as a construction Project Manager delivering refurbishment or capital works programmes.
* Experience delivering projects within the public sector or social housing environment.
* Previous experience overseeing works to occupied residential properties.
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Experience administering and managing projects under JCT contracts.
* Good technical understanding of construction management and project delivery.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
Desirable
* Professional construction or project management qualifications.
* Experience managing building envelope improvement programmes.
* Knowledge of social housing capital investment programmes.
* Experience working closely with resident groups and occupied housing schemes.
