The role of the Project Manager – Building Surveying & Compliance will involve:

* Project Manager position responsible for a range of Building Surveying and Compliance projects (covering fire safety, security compliance and remedial works projects across a range of commercial and public sector buildings)

* Manage multiple projects from order acceptance through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget

* Review drawings, prepare scopes of work and specifications, and manage tender processes to ensure projects are commercially viable.

* Coordination with clients, contractors, consultants and internal teams to deliver projects on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.

* Regular site visits across Oxfordshire to monitor project progress, health & safety compliance and contractor performance.

* Project documentation, handovers and regulatory compliance while supporting the

* Overseeing projects with a value of up to £1.5m

The ideal applicant will be a Project Manager – Building Surveying & Compliance with:

* Must have experience as a Project Manager within the construction sector

* Highly advantageous to have experience working on public sector projects (education, healthcare, local authorities, social housing etc.)

* Ideally have experience within the fire protection, fire door, automated doors, M&E works or a related sector

* Computer literate (Microsoft Office, with strong Excel skills)

* Excellent communication skills across all levels both written and verbal

* Must be a great team player

* High levels of organisation
