Project Manager | Facade Remediation
Birmingham
Salary up to £85K + Package
Are you an experienced Project Manager with a successful track record delivering facade remediation and new-build cladding projects? We're working with a leading specialist facade contractor with a strong project pipeline, excellent reputation, and a genuine commitment to employee development and CPD.
The Role
You'll lead a high-value facade remediation, built-up cladding, composite panel and SFS packages from inception through to completion, working with a leading developer and Tier 1 contractor on a commercial / residential scheme in Birmingham City Centre.
About You
Proven delivery of facade, cladding or building envelope projects
Strong remediation and/or new-build facade experience
Track record of managing high-value commercial or residential developments
Experience working with Tier 1 contractors and developers
Engineering or construction-related degree desirable
Demonstrable success delivering complex external envelope packages is essentialWhat's On Offer?
