The role of the Project Manager – Aluminium Windows & Doors will involve:
* Project Manager position dealing with various aluminium fire rate fenestration systems windows and door systems such as Schuco, Aluprof & SAS
* Ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget
* Resourcing required labour for projects
* Ensure that works are completed safely and to the requirements
* Prepare method statements, RAMS and H&S documents
* Regularly liaise with the clients and resolve any issues that arise
* Maintaining good working knowledge of current contracts, acts, and legislation
* Attend site meetings where required
* Managing projects ranging in value from £100k to £2m
The ideal applicant will be Project Manager – Aluminium Windows & Doors with:
* Must have Project Management experience within the fenestration market sector
* Ideally experienced in aluminium windows, doors, curtain walling & fire rated glazing systems
* Excellent communication skills across all level both written and verbal
* Must be confident in resolving any project related issues in a professional manor
* IT literate (Microsoft Office, Logikal, Schucal)
* Full UK driving license
* Strong leadership skills
* Effective time management and organisational skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
